Breakfast was cereal as usual...
Lunch was leftover wheat mac & cheese. I forgot to take a picture today, folks. Sorry!
When I got home, it was POURING, so no hike & bike today.
I cleaned up, made myself supper, and I did my workout at 8.
Salmon, shelled edamame, and more mashed cauliflower was for supper. I added a little skim mozzarella to my mashed cauliflower, and I had a cup of vanilla kefir for dessert.
I chose this one today! I cycled through the workout twice and worked up a good sweat! I have a feeling that tomorrow's going to be one of those days when it hurts to sneeze due to ab soreness, but I'm ok with that!
Nothing too exciting today, guys. I have learned to appreciate these laid back days, though.
Day 44 is tomorrow, and it looks like it's going to be raining all week. I'm thankful that there are so many resources online for rainy days like these. I'll probably start making my own circuits soon to help me target my bigger problem areas.
