Day 481: MUST. STOP. FAILING.

Gah, I've been so terrible over the past few weeks since I got back from San Francisco. I haven't been working out, I've been eating JUNK, and I haven't been sleeping enough.

Needless to say, the pounds are creeping back on, and my gut is growing. Today is the first time I've worked out since umm.... I can't even remember when!! Isn't that TERRIBLE!? I'm really trying not to dwell on it, but I can't help but feel like a failure and a hypocrite for letting myself slip after all the hard work I put in just months ago.

I feel disgusting. I've been carb loading, sitting on my ass, and staying up way too late. I've had a couple of freelance projects pop up since my vacation, so I've had to work for hours after work, which meant no post work exercising, and lots of "convenient" food. Again, I feel disgusting.

Now that I've finished 2 of the 3 projects, things are slowing down a bit, so I was able to actually make time to exercise tonight. I HAVE LOST SO MUCH PROGRESS. I was extremely sluggish during a workout that was barely ANYTHING to me just months ago.

I just can't get motivated lately, and I don't know why.

Blah, I have to put all the music together for choir practice tomorrow night... I'm hoping I get out of this freaking slump soon.

On a happier note, here are some photos from San Francisco.... There were BILLIONS more amazing photos, but it'd take FOREVER to put them all here!

Me at Hawk Hill. What a BEAUTIFUL view
despite the fog! If I lived around this kind of
scenery, I'd be in the best shape ever!
Thanks to Joel for snapping this! :)
Another part of Hawk Hill. Big thanks to David
for snapping this shot!
We climbed up this, the most crooked street in the world,
Lombard Street! It was a HUUUGE hill!
WHEW, we made it!

Don't they look great!?

All these happy times = too much good food. Time to work it off and get my discipline back.
