I probably sound like I'm having an asthma attack when I work out...haha!

I often find myself feeling EXHAUSTED when I actually think of what I'm doing...haha! When I think of things that make me happy, or things that anger me, or ANYTHING but working out, I get lost in thought and I'm able to do more than I planned to do.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10045931052809576621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4390101861788767949.post-12631174425201047472012-05-21T20:45:24.754-07:002012-05-21T20:45:24.754-07:00something that helps me when doing squats is takin...something that helps me when doing squats is taking slow breaths and thinking about something else.

The slow breaths are for your body and the thinking is more for your mental state. :D

Or another option is JUST to focus on your breathing, it'll take you out of the pain and will help your body work it's magic :p

Hope that helps.
KEEP IT UP!!
-Sophiasophiathachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09619020654590482395noreply@blogger.com
